MTS has begun negotiations on cooperation with the microblogging service Twitter, writes "RBC daily".

Mobile operator intends to allow subscribers to send tweets via SMS. In addition, the service will track changes in the user's blog. MTS has already agreed to a similar collaboration with the Russian mikroblogerskim service "Ruthven".
