HTC Corporation has filed a counter claim to a patent Apple. Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer claims that Apple has violated five of its patents. This is stated in the official press release HTC. Representatives HTC demand from the International Trade Commission U.S. ban on imports into the country and selling phone iPhone, iPod and tablet iPad. The ban on importation does not allow you to import equipment from China, where they are produced.
According to the publication Gizmodo, there are two patents relating to power management of mobile devices, two related to personalize the phone software, dialers, and one that describes the simplified access to the phone dialer.
In March, Apple HTC accused of violating 20 of its patents. The latter relate to user interface iPhone, its architecture and hardware. Apple chief Steve Jobs on this occasion said that the corporation is not going to look at how competitors stealing its technology.
Similar proceedings are between Apple and the Finnish Nokia. Both companies also accuse each other of violating the rights of patents.
